Take your drawing skills to the next level with this stimulating and energising 2 day course. You will explore new drawing techniques and styles, challenge yourself to work big and experiment with a wide range of drawing media. You will develop your confidence and understanding of visual language and use mark making to explore line, shape, form, texture, contrast, space and proportion. Some experience and a basic understanding of drawing principles is useful for this course. Most materials are included - you will be required to bring your own coloured pencils.

"A small group so lots of individual advice and help. An excellent introduction to painting in watercolours with information on materials: papers, paints & brushes. After a delicious lunch, we spent the afternoon on a larger tonal painting which encouraged us to use all the brushes Pam had provided and to achieve interesting light and shade effects. Pam is a kind and thorough tutor and everyone achieved excellent results. All techniques were very well-explained with lots of additional useful information. Highly recommended for complete beginners and also for people who have done some painting already but want to learn proper techniques."
